You'll get a private video or audio link by email. Camera off is completely fine.
Say it all
Talk about whatever you like, at your own pace. Your listener won't interrupt, fix, or judge.

- A crisis or emergency service
- Recorded. Calls are never recorded

Pay with Bitcoin (Lightning). Calls start and end on time, so your session is exactly the length you booked.

Questions
Will you give me advice?
No. Your listener is there to listen, not to fix, diagnose, or tell you what to do. If you'd like professional support, we'll happily point you to where to find it.
Is it confidential?
Yes. We don't record calls and we keep almost no data. The one exception is if someone is in immediate danger. Then we may need to contact emergency services. See the terms.
Do I need to show my face?
No. Audio-only or camera off is fine.
Will the call really end on time?
Yes. Every call ends at the booked time, even mid-sentence, so everyone gets the same fair slot and the next person starts on time. You'll get a 5-minute and a 1-minute heads up. Joining late doesn't extend the call.
How do I pay?
With Bitcoin over the Lightning network. Request a call, and you'll get an invoice by email or message. Once it's paid, you'll get a link to pick your time. Any Lightning wallet works. Prices are set in GBP and converted to Bitcoin at the moment you pay.
Who can book?
Anyone aged 18 or over, from anywhere in the world.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before for a full refund. See the terms for details.
Need help?
Email us at support@openearcalls.com and we aim to reply within 2 working days. For anything about a booking, include the name and email you booked with and the date of your call.

Use the link in your booking confirmation, or reply to it. Up to 24 hours before your call you get a full refund.
Can't join your call?
Check your confirmation email for the link first. If it still won't work, email us straight away with "Call today" in the subject, so we can sort it quickly.
Payment or refund
Email us with the date and amount. Refunds go back the way you paid. Bitcoin refunds are sent to a Lightning invoice you give us.
